EventsPlus, Inc, as a company, started in February 2005. It is composed of young, talented, and energetic individuals, all of whom were former managers at CITEM. CITEM is the Philippine government’s export promotions arm, specializing in trade exhibitions and missions. Collectively, the team boasts of more than 30 years of solid project management experience. Having been connected with the government’s export promotions arm, the company is familiar with the ins and outs of doing business in the Philippines and has an established network of respected service providers.

Since its establishment in 2005, EventsPlus, Inc. has served individuals, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), various groups and associations, and multinational firms. Previous clients include: an international-based import promotion organization, a Philippine-based non governmental organization, a government agency, a private sector association of local business leaders, an export-oriented chamber, and an ad agency.

Past Projects:

EventsPlus, Inc. was appointed as the events management company to handle the over-all participation of the Tokyo-based ASEAN-Japan Centre and participating countries in the Manila F.A.M.E. International, an international export-oriented trade exhibit (April 2005). The company successfully met the demands and requirements of a Japanese client.

In December 2005, EventsPlus, Inc was contracted as the Destination Management Company (DMC) in connection with the Asia Australia Pacific Regional Conference. The company worked with the Philippine chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a group of young business leaders from around the globe. As DMC for the Offsites Committee, the company reported to Committee Chair Fernando Zobel de Ayala for 9 months.

In April 2006, Events Plus, Inc. partnered with the PR unit of ad agency Campaigns & Grey in handling the centennial anniversary celebration of the Li & Fung Group, a Hong Kong-based multinational corporation specializing in export trading, retail and distribution, and supply chain management. The success of this event establishes EventsPlus, Inc.’s expertise and track record in handling corporate events.
