“The road to success is always under construction.” – Lily Tomlin

Buying and/or building your own home is a dream for most Filipinos. Owning your own house entails years of hard work and is often used as a measure of one’s success. Whether you decide to build your own home or purchase a ready-made one, it is always good to deal with parties who will allow us to obtain the “dream house” that we have been working for and which is also within our financial means.

About WAA Construction:

WAA Construction is owned and managed by Architect William A. Andutan who has years of experience in the field of construction. The company specializes in the design and general construction of residential and commercial buildings. WAA Construction prides itself in having experienced manpower and professionals as part of its team and puts great emphasis on accomplishing projects on time and as agreed upon. Aside from providing architectural design and general building contractor services, WAA Construction is also in the business of building and selling ready-made residential houses.

The Market:

Most of WAA Construction’s clients are Filipinos married to foreigners, overseas Filipino workers, and businessmen/entrepreneurs.

Past Projects:

WAA Construction’s past major projects are located South of Metro Manila, particularly Cavite and Las Pinas. These were mostly two-storey residences, one with a floor area of 400 square meters and which was completed in 7 months.

How WAA Construction Started:

The business started in May 2001 when Architect William Andutan decided to start his own company, having been exposed to construction work here and abroad. WAA Construction has expanded from just design, building, and contracting work to the business of building and selling houses. To date (February 16, 2007), the company has an ongoing build and sell project which will be ready for sale and occupancy by April 2007.

WAA Construction likewise has an affiliate company named W3R Construction & Hardware which is involved in the supply of all construction materials.

“If one of you is planning to build a tower, you sit down first and figure out what it will cost, to see if you have enough money to finish the job. If you don’t, you will not be able to finish the tower after laying the foundation; and all who see what happened will make fun of you. ‘You began to build but can’t finish the job.’” (Luke 14: 28-30 TEV)
